This Fantastic Home designed is located in Cape Town, South Africa, situated on the slopes of Signal Hill. This is called SAOTA residence and created by Antoni Associates. The owners wanted a fresh and thoroughly modern house Del 21st century. Thus, the hotel has a pool terrace, two additional rooms for their children, a fitness room and a home theater room, living room and dining room, where a bar is also designed with a basement of a large collection of cigarettes. In the kitchen is finished in white marble countertops. From the windows and the terrace offers a fresh view of the Atlantic.
